1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, opening a box, or using any Yesterday Club service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. Yesterday Club is intended for collectors of authentic vintage clothing and is not a gambling service.
3. Mystery Box Purchases
Each box contains one digital pull selected according to the published odds. All odds are displayed transparently on each case page. Once a box is opened and the item is revealed, the purchase is final unless otherwise required by law.
4. Store Credit & Buy-Backs
You may sell back eligible pulled items for 75% of the listed market value as Yesterday Club store credit. Credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded except where required by law.
5. Shipping
Physical shipping is available for items in your inventory. U.S. shipping is free on days you spend $50 or more on boxes; otherwise a flat $6.99 shipping fee applies per shipment. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not exploit bugs, manipulate odds, use automated tools, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of credit.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Yesterday Club after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
